Who you are dealing with
Jamie and James
29 years in the flooring trade sit behind this shop. Jamie and James opened the doors on Brassey Avenue in 2025. A young shop run by two people who have spent most of their working lives measuring, cutting and laying floors.
Call the shop and you will speak to one of them, and one of them will come out to measure. We work across Eastbourne and out to Polegate, Hailsham, Bexhill and Lewes, and we take on landlord, letting and light commercial work as well. Whatever the floor, the order is the same: measure it properly, buy it from a mill that stands behind it, and lay it so it still looks right in ten years.

The person who comes out with the tape is the person who fits the floor. Nothing is passed to a third party and nothing is lost between the shop and the van.

The shop
Brassey Avenue, Hampden Park
The shop opened on Brassey Avenue in 2025 and is where every job starts. Sample stands for every carpet range, full size boards for the hard floors, and one of us behind the counter who has laid the floor you are looking at.
We are open Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm, Saturday 9:00am to 4:00pm, and closed on Sunday. Bring a photograph of the room and a rough size and we can talk it through on the spot.
