A Whole Ground Floor, in Eastbourne

Back to the Slab
The old floor came up through the kitchen, the living room and the hall, and the slab was cleaned and primed ready for levelling.

Levelled Flat
A latex levelling compound went down over the whole ground floor, so the new planks would sit flat from the front door to the garden doors.

The Planks Go Down
Oak effect luxury vinyl tile, laid through the living room and on into the hall in one continuous floor.

One Floor, No Thresholds
Kitchen, living room and hall finished in one run, under and around the island, with no thresholds between the rooms.
