Privacy Policy

The short version: we use what you give us to reply to you and do the job, we keep it no longer than we need to, and we never sell it.

Who We Are

Park Flooring Ltd, 3 Brassey Avenue, Hampden Park, Eastbourne BN22 9NH. Telephone 01323 505166, email info@parkflooring.co.uk. We are the data controller for the personal information described here.

What We Collect

When you send an enquiry through this website we collect your name, your phone number, and, if you give them, your email address, your postcode and the details of the rooms you describe. When you call or visit the shop we may note the same details to arrange a measure and a quote.

The website itself does not use advertising cookies. If analytics are enabled, they record which pages are visited in aggregate and do not identify you personally.

Why We Use It

To reply to your enquiry, arrange a measure, prepare a quote and carry out the work you have asked for. That is a legitimate interest in running the business and, once you accept a quote, the performance of a contract with you. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for marketing unless you have asked us to keep in touch.

Who Sees It

Enquiries sent through the website are delivered by email to the shop through an email delivery service and our website provider, who process the message on our behalf to make sure it reaches us. Suppliers see only what they need to fulfil an order, such as a delivery address. We do not share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How Long We Keep It

Enquiries that do not become a job are deleted within twelve months. Records of work we have done are kept for as long as we need them for guarantees, accounts and tax, which is normally six years.

Your Rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, and object to how we use it. Write to the shop or email us and we will respond within a month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

This policy was last updated in September 2026. If it changes, the new version will appear on this page.
